Co-Producers

In 2024, PA will roll out the red carpet for the inaugural Ms/Mr/Mx Keystone Leather, Keystone Pet, & Keystone Bootblack contest! We are your Co-Producers/Owners, Daddi Paws and Alyssa Durnien! We are so excited to finally bring PA state representation to the leather contest community!

Daddi Paws

Co-Producer

Daddi Paws aka Dawn Paws (pronouns Sir/She/They), is a gender fluid Biker Dyke. She has been in the leather community for about 30 years and riding anything with two wheels and a motor between her legs since she was seven years old. Even getting back on a bike after being badly injured in a motorcycle accident in 2002.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, she now resides in Allentown, PA. She got her leather start in the Baltimore and Philly communities. Starting out as a combo boi/pup/slave, meeting her wife-to-be, Daddi C (Crystal George), in 2002, she found that her type A personality made it impossible to be a slave. After years of training under Daddi C, she was covered in 2014 and became an Alpha Pup, but kept her boi persona until her Daddi/wife passed in 2022. In 2023, she was honored to be re-covered by the Ebony Wolf Leather Family with the help of her new partner, Revv.

Daddi Paws is a pioneer in the Woods Camping Resorts’ Leather Community. When the campground first opened in 2004, she, along with her wife and their friends, CJ Smith and Robert Beam, did the groundwork and paved the way for the campground leather events and Mr & Ms Woods Leather contest in 2005. She advocated for safe, all inclusive play spaces in the campground and was on the organizing committee of the Leather Community play parties during her entire tenure at the Woods Camping Resort. She also originally helped organize, and participated in, the Woods Riders motorcycle runs during Leather weekends. She has lead many Pride Parades, riding with The Sirens in Philly, Dykes on Bikes in NYC, the MAWMR and Woods Riders in Harrisburg and Allentown, The Amazons in New Hope, and the Leather Contingent in Asbury Park.

Daddi Paws was the very first Ms Woods Leather 2005 and held the title for a second year in 2006. She & CJ ran and produced the contest from 2006 until CJ moved from the area in 2010, at which time she took over as sole Producer of the contest.

She was named Mama’s boi paws, pinned by Sandy ‘Mama’ Reinhard herself, into Mama’s Family, in 2012, and more recently has been honored by Mama again, renamed Mama’s Butch Daddi. She is Service Top for House of Kush, Associate member of C.O.M.M.A.N.D. MC and a past member of the now defunct Bookblack Brigade.

In 2012, she was awarded the Pennsylvania Diversity Networks Community Service Award.

In 2013, she was given the Woods Campground Community Service award and retired as the Contest Producer after the Mr & Ms Woods Leather 2014 contest.

She has mentored/co-mentored four leathermen over the last 10 years, for their contests, all of whom won their titles.

From 2011 through 2018, she served on the Executive Board of the Mid-Atlantic Women’s Motorcycle Rally (MAWMR), a non-profit organization that raises money for women with cancer. She served as Rally President from 2017 through 2018.

She is a full patch member of the Twin Rose Lady Riders. In 2020, she was elected by all of Pennsylvania’s motorcycle chapters of the Women On Wheels International Motorcycle Organization, as their State Ambassador. She was given the 2021 Women On Wheels’ State Ambassador of the Year award at the 2022 National Ride-In in Winona, Minnesota. She has recently been promoted to Women On Wheels’ Regional Ambassador, currently serving all of PA, NJ, VA, DE, MD, WV and DC.

Her charity work concentrates primarily on women’s cancer victims through MAWMR and H.O.P.E. (Hopelifeline.org), and animal rescue and financial assistance through No Kill Lehigh Valley.

In her spare time, she enjoys camping, riding, crafting and LEGO.

The Keystone Leather contest was born in 2016 after attending many state leather contests but none in Pennsylvania. It was put on the back burner due to Daddi C’s failing physical health and eventual passing in January of 2022. Now with a renewed passion and motivation, Daddi Paws is back with one of her best besties, Alyssa Durnien, to bring you the brand new PA State Leather contest!

Alyssa Durnien

Co-Producer

Alyssa has been a long-standing member of the leather community, spanning the last 10 years. Originally from Hackettstown, NJ, she now resides in Allentown, PA. She started as an associate member of the Bucks MC in 2016 because she wanted to hang out with her bestie, Jeffrey Trull, and our PITA, Matt Honicker. They were the three amigos.

She was Ms. Woods Leather 2017 and loved attending bar nights with the club. She has raised over $10,000 for the Leather Heart Foundation, the Children and Youth in Carbon County and Mama’s Family. In November of 2018, she ran and won the very first Ms. DC Eagle contest. Fast forward to September of 2019, the Bucks MC club gave her the honor and privilege of becoming their first female full back patch member. In January of 2020, she was appointed to the American Brotherhood Weekend board, which faced many challenges during the COVID pandemic. Also, in January of 2020 she was nominated and elected to the role of Road Captain for the Bucks MC. Currently, she is serving her third and final term in that position. Some of her duties included the support and planning of Bucks’ 50th Anniversary celebration in 2022, after being in a bad motorcycle accident just the week before. She credits her strength and motivation from the love and support of her partner, Jordyn Lorentz.

In 2022-2023, she helped organize and produce the Woods Leather Contest.

She is Mama’s Pinky Leatherette.

As Bucks MC Road Captain, her duties also include planning many bar days, fundraisers and keeping the club up to date on events in the surrounding areas. She spearheaded the planning and carrying out the past three Santa Saturday events, including this year’s 50th Santa Saturday Anniversary, which raised over $70,000. None of this would be possible without the love and support from the CommUNITY far and near.

When not performing her Road Captain duties, she enjoys camping, volunteering and works in the office at The Woods, as well as serving as their arts and crafts coordinator. In her free time, she enjoys riding her motorcycle with her partner and Daddi Paws, going to the dog park with her Beagle, the Mayor Miss Daisy Mae and game nights and meals with family and friends.

She strives to try to help her fellow brothers and sisters find the light in the darkness and enjoy leather spaces to the fullest. She looks forward to continuing and supporting the Bucks MC in a new way come 2024 and holding space for leather at the Woods Campground.

Her goals as Co-producer are to encourage, support and nurture a healthy balance between family, work and living our most authentic lives. For her, her titles were both great experiences. She had the opportunity to learn, grow and find her voice. She says she was given the chance to have some really amazing adventures and will always be thankful for the lessons she learned. Her hope is to create a space for PA to have some positive recognition and support in our leather spaces.
